Happy Easter

We had a busy Easter this year due to Princess #3's birthday falling on Easter Thursday. We did not attend Good Friday service, but instead we had our own abbreviated Seder dinner which I found on the web at Women for Faith and Family. This worked well for our family and the girls really seemed to enjoy it. When asked later, the thing they liked the best was dipping the green herb (parsley) in the salt water and eating it. They also liked drinking all the grape juice blessings. Prince Charming and I really liked this new tradition we started too, I don't think we will always do it on Good Friday but I enjoyed researching the meal and preparing all the little items for each section of the meal. We celebrated Easter Sunday at my parents home with Prince Charming's parents, my brother's family and some friends of theirs. We of course had a "potluck" type of meal with everyone bringing something to add to my parent's ham and scalloped potatoes... I brought some desserts but the Andes Candies cheesecake was a big hit... very yummy. We had a great time and it was nice to just relax after a long weekend.
